About the workshop

Softness and movement are the ultimate goals for any sugar flower arrangement. Let Maggie show you the secret to creating large, open flowers with no store-bought stamens. These blooms seem to defy the laws of (fragile) gumpaste! 

In this four day workshop, create fully-bloomed sugar flowers using a new hybrid wired/layered petal construction method as well as three different types of handmade stamens. With this simple technique, your arrangements will have the drama of individually wired petals, but without the bulk and tedium.

Create a faux single tier arrangement that includes: Coral Charm peony, Harmony double anemone, lisianthus, hypericum berries, eucalyptus leaves, and a little peach.

All supplies and materials provided for in-class use and lunch will be served.
